Below is a list showing examples of billing rates based on gallons used inside and outside the city limits. The average water bill during the off-peak months is: $25.50.
The average water bill during peak or summer months is: $49.50. If you are using an irrigation system, filling a pool, watering a garden, etc. it will usually be higher than the average.
